How to Take a Course on aptLearn and Get Certified (Android version)

aptLearn is an e-learning platform that offers access to courses covering today’s most in-demand skills in the technical and non-technical pathways. Taking courses on the desired path will bring you closer to your chosen career goal.

Becoming a professional goes beyond identifying a path; it also entails enrolling in relevant courses, understanding its core concepts, passing all assessments and quizzes, earning a certificate,  and practicing the skill acquired.

aptLearn has you covered in all stages of your career progression.

This guide will show you how to enroll in a course and generate a certificate on aptLearn after concluding a course from a mobile device. There are two ways to do this, and this guide will cover both.

Step 1: Search for ‘aptLearn.io‘ on your browser.

 

Step 2: Go to the top right corner of the home page and click on the ‘Menu.’

Step 3: Select ‘Login’ and input your details.

 

 

Step 4: Go to the menu at the top right corner of the page and select ‘Courses.’ Select a course of your choosing and get enroll.

 

Step 5: Check your email for welcome mail. Click on the ‘Start Course’ button at the end of the mail. This will redirect you to the course progress page on the website. Click on ‘Start Learning.’

 

Step 6: After going through each lesson, ensure that you mark lessons as complete. You will find the ‘Mark as Complete’ option at the end of each chapter. Click on it.

 

Also, complete all assessments in the course. This is a criterion for earning a certificate on the platform.

 

 

Step 7: At the end of the course, a congratulatory mail is sent indicating course completion. Go to the end of the mail and click the ‘Download Certificate’ option. You can download your certificate as PDF or  JPG. Or

Step 8: Click on the link in your mail. This will redirect you to the course progress page. Click on the ‘View Certificate’ option and download the certificate in your preferred format.

 

How to manually generate your certificate.

Do the following if you do not get mail with your certificate.

Step 1: Go back to ‘aptLearn.io’ and click on the menu at the top right corner.

Step 2: Select ‘Dashboard’ and click on the notification bell.

 

Step 3: Click on the notice indicating your enrollment for the course. The course progress page will pop up.

Step 4: Click the ’View Certificate’ option and patiently wait for it to load.

 

Step 5: Click the ‘Download Button’ and select your preferred format.
